Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Whisk together egg, milk & pickle juice. Meanwhile separately in a large ziplock mix flour, sugar and more salt and pepper to taste. Toss the chicken pieces in and shake to coat. Heat 1/2 oil in large skillet. Once bubbling hot cook 1/2 the chicken in an even layer about 3 minutes per side u til golden brown. Drain on paper towels and cook next batch with remaining oil. (If oil gets too burnt remove and start completely over with the new oil!) 👇 (I served with baked fries that were peeled and tossed in olive oil on parchment lined baking sheet! Soaked the potatoes in ice cold water beforehand!)
