What you need

oz carrot

cup roasted cashews

tbsp ginger

tsp sugar

oz firm tofu

tbsp sesame oil

garlic

tbsp avocado
Instructions
If can in advance wrap tofu & press with a plate to remove water & refrigerate. Cut into cubes. Heat cooking oil in large pan and cook tofu on all sides adding 1 TB of soy sauce until golden. Add in garlic, ginger, chili paste and veggies. Stir some more until tender. Add in remaining soy, sesame oil and coconut sugar. Toss cashews on last and stir! Serve with brown rice, cauliflower rice or with nothing at all!View original recipe
