What you need

cup all purpose flour

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp garlic powder

tsp salt

chicken tenders

tbsp sugar

black peppercorn

pickle

organic eggs
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Whisk together egg, milk & pickle juice. Meanwhile separately in a large ziplock mix flour, sugar and more salt and pepper to taste. Toss the chicken pieces in and shake to coat. Heat 1/2 oil in large skillet. Once bubbling hot cook 1/2 the chicken in an even layer about 3 minutes per side u til golden brown. Drain on paper towels and cook next batch with remaining oil. (If oil gets too burnt remove and start completely over with the new oil!) 👇 (I served with baked fries that were peeled and tossed in olive oil on parchment lined baking sheet!
