Weekend DIY Mini Pizzas

Defrosted the bread the night before in the fridge & tossed out some veggies, a couple cheeses & sauce for the crew to build their very own pizza palette masterpieces!

What you need

dinner rolls

cup grated parmesan cheese

cup tomato sauce

fresh mozzarella

tsp garlic powder

broccoli

frozen spinach

shallot
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Spray or roll out dough onto a baking mat into baking pan. Have participants spoon 1-2 TB sauce on their crust & divide veggies and cheese on top. Sprinkle on seasoning and bake 15-18 minutes until dough is cooked through & edges golden. ENJOY!!!View original recipe
